Group therapy offers a safe and supportive space to connect with others who are navigating similar experiences. Many people find that sharing and hearing others’ stories helps reduce feelings of isolation, build insight, and create meaningful change.

Grief Support Group
This group is designed for adults who are experiencing the loss of a loved one and are looking for a supportive, structured space to process their grief.
In this group, you will:

Share your experience in a safe, non-judgmental environment

Learn ways to cope with difficult emotions

Feel less alone in your grief

Begin to rebuild a sense of stability and meaning

Format: Virtual (Google Meet)
Group Size: Limited to 5–6 participants
Duration: 75 minutes
Frequency: Starts May 6th 7pm-8:15pm Weekly
Cost: $30 per session (private pay only)
